Affiliate links
Many of the outbound links to vendors on our review, comparison, and best-of pages are affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase or sign up, we may receive a commission from the vendor. This is standard practice for independent review publications and helps fund our testing.
Sponsored placements
Where a vendor has paid for a placement, we mark it clearly as "Sponsored" or "Featured Partner" and set it visually apart from the organically ranked list. A sponsored placement is never presented as an editorial ranking result.
What paid relationships do not affect
- Ranking order. Our organic rankings follow our published testing methodology, not payment.
- Review content. A commercial relationship with a vendor does not change what we write about their product's strengths and weaknesses.
- Inclusion. Vendors do not pay to be reviewed or listed in our organic best-of pages.
